On 1 February 2007, DGI-Byen took over the lease of the Hotel Astoria. The hotel is being renovated and will open for guests in June 2007. The Danish design company which has, amongst other things, supplied furniture to the Museum of Modern Art in New York, will be responsible for the designer furniture in all the of the hotel’s rooms, from the foyer to the individual hotel rooms. As a guest, you will receive a number of benefits, such as free entry to the nearby swim centre and entry to the Spa centre for only DKK 100 (normal entry fee is DKK 245).
